Documents we’ll need from you:
- Your Social Security Card.
- Your Drivers License or a Photo ID.
- Current pay stubs, consecutive, that cover a 30-day period.
- If self employed, please provide the most recent two years of tax returns including all schedules.
- Two months of bank statements on checking, savings, money market accounts, and all pages.
- Copy of existing homeowners policy (for refinances) and new policy information such as the agent name and phone number for purchases.
- Deed (for a refinance) and the complete sales contract (for purchases).
